Product Support, Service or other questions

The products we sell do not include technical or product support. When you purchase a product from Sophie Systems, you will have an account representative who can counsel you regarding your technology needs and help you reach your technology solutions. While your account representative will be available to assist you in these areas, they are not able to provide you product support to help with any installation, programming or configuration or similar situations unless specifically specified in the terms of purchase. Many manufacturers have a tech support staff available to assist in these areas and we can refer customers to resources to help them find technicians and service providers in their local area when needed.
