If you are not satisfied with your order, you can request an RMA# within 30 days of placing your order. Just fill out the returns form below, and we will get back to you further instructions.
Most orders do not have any restock fee. If an order is subject to a restock fee we will notify you before we process it. Customer must ship the products to address in the return instructions at their own expense. If you would like a label, please request one and we will deduct its cost from your refund. Products that are software related are not eligible for returns. Also, installed equipment, including networking and phone systems, or any equipment not in the original condition, will not be accepted for return. Software of any kind is also not returnable. Designation papers and plastics are also not returnable.
After 30 days, returns and warranties do not cover any cosmetic issues. Any claims of missing equipment must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order. No returns will be accepted or refunds issued unless approved by Sophie Systems by means of an issued RMA number. Once an RMA number is issued, the customer would have 15 days to return their items for credit. Return instructions must be followed in order to receive a refund and/or avoid any charges for replacements. Sophie Systems Inc. is under no circumstances liable for costs of service for purchased equipment.
Non secondary, New products are covered by a one year manufacturer warranty; if a purchased Non Secondary, new product is defective within one month of purchase, then Sophie Systems can be contacted directly to get the product replaced. If a purchased Non Secondary, New product becomes defective after 30 days, the manufacturer would need to be contacted directly to reclaim the warranty. Manufacturer contact information can be found here. Refurbished products and Secondary, New products are covered by Sophie Systems. If a product becomes defective within the one year period, Sophie Systems will repair or replace the product. Cordless phones do not have the one year warranty, rather most cordless phones come with a 90 day warranty. Also, some items have varying warranties which can be found in the items description.
Warranty does not cover acts of god, lightning, or any other reason other than mechanical failure. Sophie Systems is only responsible for the price the customer actually paid for the item and no other costs whatsoever. Also, we do not pay for expedited shipping or use of a replacement item in the interim. If the customer would like the item expedited, the customer must pay the cost of doing so.
Cordless handset batteries are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from your purchase date. This warranty does not cover damage to the product due to accident, misuse or abuse.If for some reason one of our batteries does not perform to standards, we will gladly replace it for you. Please remember to have the 11 digit numeric code from the white barcode label on the battery available.We can not honor any warranty on a battery with a damaged or missing warranty barcode label. Credit can not be given on any battery returned with a label that shows signs of tampering.
Warranties do not include technical or product support. When you purchase a product from Sophie Systems, you will have an account representative who can counsel you regarding your technology needs and solutions. Your account representative will not be able to provide you product support to help with any installation, programming, configuration or similar situations unless specifically specified in the terms of purchase. We can refer customers to resources to help them find technicians, and service providers in their local area when needed.
International Shipping Policy
We do not offer returns or our company warranty on any international orders. Please contact the manufacturer in your jurisdiction for warranty information.
Sophie Systems reserves the right to void all return and warranty policies if there is any suspension of tampering or misrepresentation.
