The Epygi Quadro-16X is ideal forthe small to medium businesses with a higher need for FXS extensions. It is anIP router, SIP gateway and IP PBX all in one box. The Quadro16x is equippedwith 16 FXS ports for connection of standard analog POTS phones or faxmachines. 18 additional SIP IP phones can be configured as local extensions. Inaddition, there are 4 FXO ports for connection to the PSTN. With a built-in QoSrouter, LAN and voice traffic can be routed to the Internet, eliminating theneed for an additional IP router. The Quadro incorporates a stateful inspectionfirewall, NAT, DHCP client and server, IPSec VPN, and web browserconfiguration. With the purchase of a software key, the Quadro16x can expand tosupport 16 more IP phone extensions, bringing the total to 50 analog and IPextensions. One additional software key can be purchased to add 16 more IPphone extensions, brining the total to 66 analog and IP extensions. Note: Onefree Epygi softphone, the Quadro Communications Manager (QCM), license isincluded with the base system. The Quadro 16x includes 18 IP Phone ports and 16FXS ports. Two expansion keys of 16 ports each can be incrementally purchasedto increase the system to a maximum of 50 IP Phone extensions for a total of 66extensions.
Now available free with every IP IPBX is the HotCall feature. Thisplug-in gives Outlook users the ability to click-to-call directly from Outlookand handle incoming calls on their PC.
